Kookai appointed Oasis Interior Construction to construct and fit out our new ‘Pop Up’ concept for the brand. As with any new design, there was some unresolved elements. However, David & Greg alleviated any stress with their problem solving attitude and extensive experience.

Both David & Greg were not only involved from a project management perspective but also the practical side, therefore knowing the ins & outs of the entirety of the job.  

Tasked with a tight time-line, ever evolving design, budget constraints & overseas communication, Oasis exceeded our expectation with our first ever ‘Pop Up’ store.

As our first experience with Oasis was unfaltering, we engaged in Oasis for a secondary project, a de-fit. This involved liaison from a multitude of people and odd hours due to noise restrictions. This job was done with little direction required while managing to be ahead of schedule!

Oasis Interior Construction was engaged to construct and fit out the latest design Reading Cinema at the New Lynn shopping centre in Auckland.  Tasked with delivery in a complicated environment, with a compressed and rigid time frame and to a standard befitting the latest in cinema design and specifications, the guys at Oasis ensured all was achieved.

Their highly professional yet can-do attitude made them a pleasure to deal with.  They were very attentive to the budget requirements and always transparent and communicative, during even the most challenging times. This was our first experience with Oasis and it was certainly the right decision for us.  From my experiences I do recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Charged with coordinating the works and the range of contractors, David set about creating a project plan and timeline to prepare the new site to achieve the target relocation date and restart of production without impacting on our ability to service our customers. Without the input and commitment of David to the project it would have not been possible to achieve completion of the site preparation, machine relocation and commissioning within the time frame. David conducted himself in a professional manner and maintained a calm and resourceful approach to any challenges and setbacks that developed.

David's ability to integrate the design and construction process in tandem, when circumstances dictate, means that the construction programme is not compromised and neither is the quality of the work undertaken. His finishing skills are exceptional and I would have no hesitation in utilising David for further projects, and look forward to working with him in the future.

We worked with David and Greg from Oasis Interior Construction for the second time for a 900m² office fit-out in Newmarket for Vend. They were knowledgeable, adaptable and were the Dream Team! Nothing was a hassle for them, and they managed to help us value engineer the project to fit into the budget we were given in the outset. The whole job happened quickly, without a glitch and most importantly, a fantastic end result.

The physical works that you carried were done precisely and correct and the outcome is an amazing transformation of the library into a positive asset for Auckland Council and to the Takapuna rate payers, residents and library users. Reaction from library users and library staff has been overwhelmingly positive.

At all times, we found both Dave and Greg easy and professional to work with and found they would go out of their way to meet both the aesthetic and the budget, offering constructive advice on alternative solutions where necessary. Both are highly experienced in project and cost management.

Oasis’s methodology/programming allowed the client early access to areas of the building to install library shelving and completed the project several days ahead of the programme.

The project involved reusing and refitting existing timber veneered cabinetry as well as the installation of new custom timber veneered cabinetry. The level of finish exceeded SGA’s expectations for a project of this type.

David and Greg were very professional from the initial quoting phase and then throughout the entire building works.They delivered the job on time and on budget despite the normal difficulties encountered with these sort of projects.

We will look to use their services again when we have another building project to complete and would recommend them to anyone considering these types of projects.

I would like to thank the Project Manager David Karim, for the excellent job done on the construction of our new Total Care Centre at Douglas Alexander Parade in Albany. From initial design to final construction, he displayed a high level of construction knowledge and professionalism whilst allowing us, the client, to feel very much a part of the construction process.  He was more than willing to accommodate our requests for changes as the project progressed and suggested several areas in which improvements or savings could be made.

Greg and David, you have no idea how much we love it. It is absolutely wonderful.  Thanks again, so, so, so, so much for all you have done for us. We can’t believe the difference it has made to our learning spaces and the non-contact and break area for the teachers is so much more comfortable and relaxing.

I dealt with David through a complex office interior fit-out. I find David approachable and hard working. David communicates well and kept us well informed of progress throughout the project. David managed the project well from start to end and we are delighted with the end product as it is a quality fit out which was delivered within a very short timeline. I was also very impressed that David followed up with us once we had moved in and made sure any minor jobs were finished on a very timely basis.

David Karim led the construction. His dedication to the project meant that the delivery was solution based. The atmosphere on site was that of a team rather than individual competing parties. This resulted in the project being delivered on time and under budget with the minimum of stress for all concerned.
